jewellery box double strung with pewter stringing and has beautiful intricate floral inlaid Mother of Pearl on the top.

The inside of the lid features a burgundy ruched velvet letter compartment with a finely detailed gold tooled border.

The main jewellery tray is lined in burgundy silk velvet with red leather paper and gold tooled dividers giving several compartments including two specifically for rings, earrings and cuff links. This tray can be lifter out to reveal further storage underneath for those precious items.

On the front edge of the box is a brass pin which can be removed allowing the front drawer to be opened once unlocked.

This jewellery box comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key.
