Description

Walnut Writing box with inlaid brass strapping and reinforced corners. This brass helps to strengthen but is also aesthetically pleasing. There is also two brass escutcheons.

The interior features a pen tray, inkwells and a gold tooled black leather writing surface. The writing surface lifted at the front to reveal a storage compartment. The writing surface can also be lifted at the rear near the pen tray to reveal further storage space. the also allows access to the hidden drawers. The hidden drawers can be access by pulling up on the divider to the left of the top right ink well.

This writing box comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key.
