Description

Coromandel jewellery box with brass edging, inlaid stringing and escutcheons.

The inside of the lid has gold tooled edging and houses a removable mirror. The main interior is lined in blue leather paper and purple velvet and features a removable tray with several compartments including two for rings, earings and cufflinks.

The side of the box features a hidden drawer which can be opened by pressing the brass button located on the opposite side of the box.

This jewellery box has a fully working lock and tasselled key.
